Corporate Advisory Board
Background and Purpose
Today, more than ever, we all need to cultivate new partners, identify mutual issues, find productive ways to work together, and develop long-term relationships. C4A recognizes that area agencies on aging will be better positioned to meet future challenges by collaborating with new and diverse communities.
The purpose of the Corporate Advisory Board is to develop a partnership among the business community, aging leaders, and home and community-based service providers. This partnership allows C4A to draw upon the expertise and knowledge of corporate leaders in meeting the challenge of developing and sustaining critical services to older persons. In contrast, corporations find the relationship beneficial and valuable as they position themselves in the marketplace in response to a growing older population.
