The case manager planned Ms. O’Neal’s scheduled reassessment on her 100th birthday to provide a special gift.
The Agency utilized a donated gift card to purchase fresh flowers from a local grocery store. The case manager created this very special and vibrant arrangement in hopes of brightening the client’s special day.
Miss O’Neal was greatly surprised and grateful that services are provided at a more personal level. The reaction to this gesture is clearly seen in this photo. Ms. O’Neal can safely remain in her home through the ongoing support from the Santa Clarita Valley Committee on Aging.
