Disability Network, brings together California’s leaders in aging, disability,
and community services. This statewide event highlights innovative
leadership, policy, and solutions to improve the lives of older adults, people
with disabilities, and caregivers. Attendees include executive leaders,
policymakers, advocates, and providers committed to advancing equity and
strengthening community-based systems. To join the 2026 C4A Annual
