The 2026 C4A Annual Conference, Future Forward: Leading the Aging & Disability Network, will
bring together California's leading voices in aging, disability, and community services to explore
the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of our field. This premier statewide event
will highlight innovative leadership, emerging policies, advocacy strategies, and forward-thinking
solutions designed to improve the lives of older adults, people with disabilities, and caregivers.
Through engaging keynote presentations, interactive learning sessions, and meaningful
networking opportunities, attendees will explore how the aging and disability network can adapt,
innovate, and lead in an evolving landscape. The conference attracts hundreds of executive
leaders, program directors, policymakers, advocates, community partners, and service
providers from across California who are committed to strengthening systems, advancing
equity, and creating sustainable solutions that meet the growing needs of our communities.
